I would like to add that a very great change will have to take place in Hongkong before Messrs Samuels' prediction is fulfilled that "the whole of the business of the port (including Kerosine oil and petroleum I presume) will be done from Taikoktsui" very large shipments of case oil continue to arrive in Hongkong and it is case oil and not bulk petroleum which is used in the Colony for lighting purposes.
